    In LSPDFR I added an entire add-on CHP pack **AND** replaced the Police, Police2 (so-on), so you can do both. Not sure if that really helps answer the question but it's possible to do both instead of trying to do one or the other.

    I have the same issue, only my tail-lights work on each vehicle. I've tried just about everything I can think of to fix it.
