I doubt that this is remotely connected to the Boston bombings or terrorist activity,its more like an accidental fire or an arson attack. Terrorists are more likely to attack in bigger cities (wont name the ones but you all know). RIP to everyone who has died as a result of both attacks,and attacks all over the world. It may be that your pc cant handle it or your using an ENB for a different patch,post your specs,the link to the enb your using aswell as the patch which your game is running on.

That is the worst game ever...
