If your on patch 1.0.7.0 then go here : http://gtapolicemods.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=739 but first you need to find a ENB...i reccomend this one : http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/simplenb-10-f18372 Put the enb files in first then the neolux files after :)

Ive looked for ages for a nice enb and I found this one : http://www.gta4-mods.com/misc/neolux-enb-v12-f10212 but its for 1.0.4.0 but I know people can get it to work for 1.0.7.0 so does anyone know how :) + rep for help :) Thanks :) *I should also add that I have tried it and it didnt work,I also looked for a solution*
