    Full department mega pack, with older liveries, updated ones, and one much older Crown Vic livery. 
    Gray parts are transparent, you MUST use a trainer, or modify your carvariations file for them to look correct. Change color with trainer to Metallic Dark Steel, or change default color in carvariations to 3. 
    These are based off Manalapan, NJ, I really like their dark blue and dark gray color schemes. 
    There's a full range of patrol liveries, a handful of supervisor liveries, a couple traffic units, and two K9 units.
    Considering the residents and clientele of Rockford Hills, the fleet reflects the eco-conscious mentality of this wealthy area. As such, much of the fleet has been trending towards electrification and hybrids.

    Description:
     
    This modification/scripts adds more law enforcement agencies to LSPDFR. Users are now able to patrol with the following agencies:
     
    - Los Santos Police Department (LSPD) - Patrols areas of Los Santos, San Andreas - Los Santos County Sheriff's Department (LSSD) - Patrols areas of Los Santos County, San Andreas (including specific areas within the City of Los Santos) - University of San Andreas Los Santos Police Department (ULSA) - Patrols areas surrounding the University of San Andreas of Los Santos - Blaine County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) - Patrols areas of Blaine County, San Andreas - San Andreas Highway Patrol (SAHP) - Patrols the highways/streets of San Andreas statewide - San Andreas Park Rangers (SAPR) - Patrols national/state parks - Fort Zancudo Military Police (FZMP) - Patrols areas of and around Fort Zancudo (including Lago Zancudo, Zancudo River, Route 68)  
    You will notice LSSD, BCSO, and FZMP will patrol parts of Route 68 as Los Santos County, Blaine County, and Fort Zancudo share a border on Route 68.
     
    **IMPORTANT**: You will need to modify your vehicle slots within the .XML files using OpenIV for 'agency' (located in GTA\lspdfr\data) and 'CustomRegions' (located in GTAV\plugins\lspdfr\UltimateBackup) to correspond with the departments above only after completing the steps below.
     
    (Example: 'sheriff2' is a default slot for the Los Santos County Sheriffs Department in LSPDFR. In this script, the 'sheriff2' slot is default for the  Blaine County Sheriff's Office.
     
    You will need to 1): change the 'sheriff2' in the 'agency' /XML file to a car slot reserved for Blaine County Sheriff's Office or  2): install a vehicle reserved for Blaine County Sheriff's Office in the 'sheriff2' slot.

    You may also have to modify your EUP to display in game, any additional EUP add-ons you may have previously downloaded.

    Optional Requirements:
    - Ultimate Backup  * by  bejoijo (Recommended)  - EUP * (Emergency uniforms pack - Law & Order 8.2 by Alex_Ashfold and EUP Menu 2.2.1.0 PieRGud and others) (Recommended)

    Experience traffic like never before. Built from the ground up to simulate natural density, realistic congestion, night calmness, and rush hour chaos.
    This isn't just a tweak. This is a traffic system that responds to time, location, and intensity.
     
     
     
    🧠 What This Mod Does
    Realistic Traffic dynamically adjusts traffic density based on:
     
    🕒 In-game time (rush hour, night, regular day)
     
    🌍 Location (city, rural, highways)
     
    📆 Day of the week (weekend evening boost)
     
    Unlike the previous version (Realistic Traffic till 4.0), with this plugin you get lively traffic that changes around you.


     
    🚗 Key Features
    Dynamic Rush Hour Simulation
    Morning (6–9 AM) and evening (4–7 PM) peak traffic with congested highways and slower movement.
     
    Ultra-Realistic Night Traffic
    From midnight to 5 AM, most roads are nearly empty. Just 1–3 cars every few blocks.
     
    Rural Traffic Zones
    Sandy Shores, Paleto Bay, Grapeseed and mountain roads always stay calmer whether it's night or day.
     
    Weekend Evenings Get Busy
    Friday and Saturday nights simulate nightlife traffic, with increased flow after 8 PM.
     
    Traffic Horn Simulation
    During rush hour, stopped vehicles occasionally honk for realism.
      Menu
    You can turn the horn on and off via the menu. You can also enable or disable Rush Boost.
    Default key is F3, you can change it in the ini.
      Better emergency lane when lights on NEW
    Vehicles will automatically move to the side (right/left) when the siren signal is switched on. Some NPCs will “fail” and not dodge correctly.

     If you've just started the game and the traffic isn't right, you may need to manually set a time for the traffic to update. From then on, the traffic will run completely dynamically
    This doesn't have to happen, but it can occasionally occur.
      The heavy game config is recommended. If your game can't handle all that traffic, you'll need to switch to the middle game config.
    Unfortunately, the middle gameconfig is limited in its functionality. It primarily reduces traffic overall. 
    If you still want to play with the heavy version, you'll need to lower your graphics settings or remove certain graphics mods.
    This doesn't have to happen, but it can occasionally occur.

    IMPORTANT: If Rockstar Games releases an update and the game starts crashing or won't start at all, it's most likely due to the gameconfig included with that mod. This must be replaced with a current custom gameconfig until this mod receives an update.

    Having texture problems?

    This mod aims to introduce a new federal law-enforcement agency to GTA V: The Federal Investigation Bureau Police.
    This pack is essentially a lore-friendly version of the real FBI Police, with a selection of vehicles and equipment based on their real life counterparts. I hope that this pack can be enjoyed and appreciated by everyone, even if you're not specifically a fan of the FIB Police concept, hopefully you can see from this pack that lore-friendly mods can still be highly detailed, and at times even closely follow their real life counterparts and yet still be unique.

    This mod simulates the flight patterns of Southern California (more specifically, Los Angeles area) law enforcement air support helicopters. That is, they will orbit around a target entity or position instead of just hovering above. A spotlight will track the subject when night-time. You may also call for a backup heli anytime while on-duty.
     
     
     
    A Must-Have For Realistic Gameplay!
     
     
     
     
    Make sure to put HeliAssistance.dll and HeliAssistance.ini and HeliAssistance.pdb into \Plugins\LSPDFR folder.
    Make sure you have the latest RageNativeUI installed. And make sure you have Spotlight installed.

    Introduction Hello everyone, I’m pleased and very excited to introduce the “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script” or L.E.J.S. for short. The script was designed and outlined as a team project between Albo1125 and myself. This script was designed in-mind to give the end-user more control over the policing powers within GTA V. By allowing most, if not all, the functionality of governing which departments have jurisdictions over what parts of Los Santos. With this script you’ll have the power on setting up which areas of patrols… what particular vehicles are in use… what particular Law Enforcement Officers are in use... are they stationed or patrolling… what time of (day or night)… and much-much more.

      Police Jurisdiction Police jurisdiction refers to the legal authority for police to enforce laws and the specific geographical area in which this authority exists. Police officers generally have jurisdiction to enforce the laws of a local geographic area or the entire state in which they serve. By contrast, federal officers, such as FBI agents, carry out the enforcement of federal laws throughout the entire country.  
    Jurisdictions and Policing Possibilities Border and Customs Enforcement. Wildlife and Game Enforcement. City, State and Federal Buildings Patrols. County Roads, Freeways, Highways and Byways Patrols. Road Construction Assistance and Enforcement. Railroads and Train Yards Patrols. Subways and Trolleys Patrols. Airport Policing and Security Enforcement. Marina, Beach and Shipyard Patrols. Coast Guard Patrols. Public and Private Property Security Patrol. Or any other area of Law Enforcement and Security that you can think of.   Summary L.E.J.S. allows the end-user to customize their needs within the .INI file (example below), by giving the end-user certain key variables on achieving their goals. The script will be an ongoing project (add-ons, updates, tweaking, etc…) that will give the end-user even more control over time.

      Q&A Time Q. Is there a tutorial on getting started?
    A. Yes. Please see the awesome tutorial video by Albo in the video section. Also, the first time you execute the LEJS Editor - it will automatically link you with the tutorial video. Don’t worry, it’s only a onetime measure on cutting down on some of the learning curve questions. Lastly, the Editor may require the “run anyway” elevated permissions for the first time depending on your OS.
    Q. How many Jurisdictions Patrol Profiles can I create within the .INI file?
    A. Creating jurisdiction profiles are limitless. That being said, I would personally suggest on keeping each jurisdiction area or zone, vehicle count under twenty-five (25). Especially if you’re using non-vanilla vehicles and a large activation boundary. In other words: You can have hundreds and hundreds of patrol spots… just keep each jurisdiction or area under twenty-five (25) vehicles if possible.
    Q. Can the user create jurisdictions and patrol points all across Los Santos?
    A. Yes.
    Q. Can the user create sea and air support jurisdictions points?
    A. Yes. If you’re creating custom air-support and/or sea-support jurisdictions… you can gather coordinates by using a simple trainer or enhanced trainer “airbrake” feature during gameplay, then saving the coordinates data via RHA console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName”.          
    Q. How accurate are the Jurisdictions and patrolling setups?
    A. The script is very accurate to what the .INI file is setup to do (by you). The x, y, z coordinates, heading coordinates and the area of patrol size, are very important key components on giving the user as much control and accuracy on creating believable jurisdictions patrols.
    Q. What is the difference between selecting a “Custom” and “Zone” jurisdiction setup?
    A. Custom setups gives the user more options (control) for specific needs and accuracy… while Zone setups gives the user immediate selections (over 90 zones) on getting patrols setup quickly - without the needed coordinates data.
    Q. Can I create “Custom” and “Zone” setups within the same jurisdiction?
    A. Yes.     
    Q. Is there a default .INI (prebuilt) contained in the download?
    A. Yes. A few patrol points on getting you started.
    Q. Can I use custom and/or renamed patrol vehicles?
    A. Yes.
    Q. Can I use civilian cars?
    A. Yes. If it has wheels, wings and it floats - you can use it.
    Q. Do the LEJS Officers react to crimes?
    A. Yes and No. Officers will react to Michael’s, Trevor’s and Franklin’s crimes - not surrounding crimes (gangbangers, fights, etc…). We’re working on the latter part… so stay tuned for updates.
    Q. The Officers that are patrolling - do they roam away from their areas of assignments?
    A. No. As long as the user sets the correct “area of patrol size” and/or other boundaries within the .INI file… the patrolling Officers will stay within their jurisdiction scope.
    Q. Will Officers leave their Jurisdictions during a commission of crime?
    A. Yes. But we’re looking into giving the user the option on “not allowing pursuits beyond the set jurisdiction scope”.
    Q. How do I get the axis x, y, z, and heading coordinates for my particular custom patrol needs?
    A. LEJS has a custom console command “SaveLEJSLocationInfo MyLocationName” which allows you to easily save your location information in the required format of LEJS's INI file.
    Q. Will there be a thread on sharing locations and coordinates?
    A. Sure will. I figured some end-users may-not want to go through the hassle of plugging in data. So there will be a thread where users can share their Jurisdiction setups and/or patrolling spots (with photos) – so that others can decide if its fits their needs.
    Q. How stable is the script?
    A. No major problems to report.
    Q. How can I edit the .INI file?
    A. The nice and simplistic .INI Editor of course! 
    Q. Key features?
    A. Most of the key features can be viewed from the .INI Editor. However, I believe the master viewing mode (F3 Key by default) is quite impressive. You can verify the areas of patrols that you created (per immediate surrounding area), and modify them later based on your observation. And if you set the blip feature (per car) within the .INI file, you’ll see the vehicles in real-time (especially the vehicles that are set to patrol) doing their job within the area of scope that you set.
    Q. What are the red, green and yellow blips in the master viewing mode (F3)?
    A. If enabled in the .INI file (per vehicle), the master viewing mode lets the user know which vehicles are stationed (red), which ones are patrolling (green) and which ones are zoned spawned (yellow).  
    Q. How do I reload the script if it stops working completely?
    A.  Bring up the Rage Plugin Console. First, if necessary, unload the plugin by typing UnloadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter. You can then reload it by typing LoadPlugin “Law Enforcement Jurisdiction Script.dll” and pressing enter.
    Q. Can I easily make changes to the INI file while in game?
    A. Absolutely! When you’re in master viewing mode (F3), you can reload the values from the INI file by pressing F5 (default). You will see the changes you made are immediately reflected by the master viewing mode for easy editing and perfecting your jurisdictions.
    FYI:  * Guys/Gals please make sure to use the correct coordinates when creating custom zones. Especially if it has a negative (-) in front of it. Example: if the coordinate states -34.789 then it should be -34.789.   Tutorial Video:

    This is a very simple plugin I made in about an hour, when its loaded it fixes the prison gate and Michaels gate and makes them open properly again. If you have another annoying gate in your game that doesn't open let me know and I may add it into a future update. The plugin is very lightweight too, literally 5 lines of code.

    Note: If the plugin does not seem to work, load it again after you've spawned into the game, sometimes loading it on startup may cause inconsistent results (I say load it again because the plugin automatically unloads itself after running through the few lines of code)

    About
    Automatic Siren Cutout is a plugin created primarily for ELS users.  This script will automatically turn off your sirens while keeping your emergency lights on when you get out of emergency vehicles.  Be advised, this will not work if you use your mouse to exit your vehicle or toggle your lights.  Keyboard or controller only.
     
    Included Features
    Friendly Honk:  A fun little feature that makes other emergency vehicles honk their horn or blip their siren at you if you honk or blip your siren at them. Traffic Light Control:  Turn traffic lights green as you approach intersections with stage 3 lighting enabled.  This does not affect AI traffic. Traffic Yielding  AI will drive around your vehicle when you are stopped with stage 3 lighting on.

    Automatic Roadblocks allows the dispatching of roadblocks during a pursuit based on a selected pursuit level.
    When roadblocks are deployed, custom scanner audio is played as well as for the indication that the pursuit level is automatically increased.
    Next to automatic roadblocks, it allows you to place configurable manual roadblocks and traffic redirections.

    Automatic roadblocks
    Automatic roadblocks are deployed automatically or requested by the player during a pursuit.
    Each roadblock is dynamically created based on the road location where it is deployed (no prefabs are used).
     
    Each roadblock level has a unique setup and variation which makes it more difficult to pass the higher the level is.

     
    Evening/night - Lights
    Lights will be automatically placed within the roadblock during the evening/night.
    This option can be disabled in the config file.
     
    Automatic roadblock level increases
    The levels of the roadblock are automatically increased based on the following conditions:

    Manual placement
    Deploy a custom configured roadblock (outside of pursuits) through the in-game menu.

    Create a configurable traffic redirection for the current lane.
    This will not close the road but redirect traffic to the next lane or around the location.
     

     
    Close road
    Close the current road for any traffic with roadblocks along the road or close the nearby intersection.
    This feature will be expanded in the future with additional scenery items.

    Installed some custom vehicle sounds and sirens, but vehicles sounds were muted in game because the folder was too large. Quickly created some dead air files to make the folder smaller, decided to share to save anyone else the time of having to do it themselves. Enjoy!

    A collection of patches (some of which are used by FiveM) to improve stability, reduce texture loss and actually use your system's available resources as much as possible.

    Please note that this script is designed for high end systems with 8GB or more of GPU memory and more than 8GB of system memory available to be used solely by the game, although this is configurable via the included INI file.
