Im not sure what it was. i backed up gameconfig file and i put that file in and was still having problems even after removing all mods. nothing worked so i deleted the mods folder and created a new one and added everything back and its working now. so not sure what was causing it.

when i start gta v it will go to a black screen instead of the regular loading screen and it will just crash. RagePluginHook.log

When i start the game from epic and then click rph it will say validate and then it will just exit. The problem is windows defender is quarantining it as a severe threat and this is the first time it has ever done this. "detected: Behavior:Win32/DefenseEvasion.A!ml Quarantined files are in a restricted area where they cant harm your device. They will be removed automatically. Date: 10/7/2023 Details: this program is dangerous and executes commands from an attacker." Afected items: file: C:\Users\****\AppData\Local\Temp\gmluwzssa5npyhaq\2bgbm3pi\llaxpg3b\ctdbyol5x01gpgoj.wtf Every time i click on it windows defender pops up and the above is what it says. Update: after going to actions and clicking on allow it now works but should i be worried? lol

after i place the computer the screen by pressing enter lspdfr crashes when i reload it the computer screen stays black, and also when i press control and p screen zooms in and gets stuck?

So dispatch never hears me and i think i figured it out. I set my volume to 100% and when i press the Right ALT key it takes it down to 34% and i dont know why?

im using another mod for vehicle persistence but it doesnt work right with the lspdfr vehicle persistence.

yes but not as bad as that. like i see maybe four or five police cars just left on the street no matter what street i go down.
