    Hey man, Any update on this? Same thing happening to me, I was able to report a car in theft (pc148 I think), but when some random npc shoots me or runs over me I cannot report it. Used to be able to report all kinds of shit. I'm thinking maybe the different codes or world events were changed with the update?
