my graphics card cost me 299.99 off of new egg

i have the radeon hd 7950, 3gb its not a nvidia product simply because all my computer parts are AMD an radeon is a AMD product. i get 60 fps without ENB with ENB i get 53-56. but thats just me

no one computer works better then the next. it just depends on what you have in the computer. you don't always have to go big or go home. go to computer benchmarks and there you can see what products are better then others. just because the price is high for a part doesn't always mean its better. plus you can build your own computer like i did for cheaper then you can buy...... plus you know whats in it for sure. I love my computer an it's my first build. im currently looking at building another computer or just upgrading mine a little more. but look into building your own computer. youll be surprised on how much you can save.

Regardless is GTA V getting released for PC or not?

savior, i have tried your ENB but the light settings when you change the time of day are just too much for me. during the day time your ENB is too bright and at night its a little too dark... it could be just my PC but i donno. I could upload my PC specs if that helps at all.. maybe then people would know what my computer is capable of. This is what my PC specs are. let me know if you know a good ENB with realistic looks to it. thanks..... Also something that wont kill my frames. well i would like peoples take on which ENB to go with. I would like the newer/ darker roads and one thats not going to effect the lighting too much. something that looks real not fake...... just need some takes on which ENB to go with.

This is why i have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it to make sure i had a fresh start. Now my problem is the fact that i HAD a command line in because im currently running with my 46" wide plasma t.v. as my monitor...... my gta iv is only allowing me to see the game in a 3"x5" box. and i cant adjust any graphic settings.

Ok so i reinstalled GTA IV and put back in the mods and scripts i have. i am having an issue changing setting like screen resolution and everything else. Before i had a command line in and i don't remember the command line or how to even do it. If someone can help me out that would be nice. thanks

Yea i'm hoping after i deleted GTA IV and currently reinstalling it. Im hoping that fixes my crashing issue that i am having. If anything maybe C13 you can help me out

Thats funny cause i put 6 back in an my game runs perfectly fine. I just tried to use the g17 IV diagnostic tool and this is what i get. It says my GTA IV isn't detected..... But i have the damn game on my computer and it is a legal copy off of steam. does anyone know what this means? Has anyone come up with a way to stop the crashing from happening with ELS 7? With ELS 7 i crash after approx 5-10 minutes of game play.... but if i have ELS6 in i don't crash.... Anyone have any ideas on why or how to fix this issue?

So last night there i am playing MP with some buddies. i had my ELS on in the car while i was outside the car on a call. I died and when i returned to the car an activated my ELS this is what happened. I had to End Game and start all over. Anyone else having this issue? or know why it happened?

i like where your head is at an i get what you are saying.... i am not a modder and wish i was an knew alot about it. it would make for some good times creating a car.

i did not know going into the ini and changing from led to strobe would make a difference as far as patterns go. thank you for that and i will test it out. like i said over all i love els7
