Hey guys, small little thing here for y'all, this was simple made as a request by someone in a random discord.

The livery was made as a place holder, by all means you can make your own using the included template.
 
Note: It has been reported that the livery has to be renamed from Harley_sign_1 to Harley_sign_2. I personally never had this and never touched a sign_2 but if you encounter this then just rename the texture as stated above.

NPCI 2.1 is LIVE!
 
NPCI brings you a new way of interacting with PEDS inside of LSPDFR and adds a whole new level of immersion to your gameplay experience!
 
ANNOUNCEMENT:
The new update (2.1) is OUT. This new version finally brings the Microsoft Speech Platform to NPCI, but with a twist! You can now CHOOSE between WSR or MSP in the INI file. You can also tweak the confidence level threshold for each engine in the INI file to find your sweet spot. Lower the value to loosen up the speech recognition or increase the value to tighten it up (you can do it in .01 increments). 
 
*** Because both engines (WSR & MSP) are intertwined in the new NPCI 2.1 update - YOU MUST have Microsoft Speech Platform installed to use NPCI 2.1, even if you don't intend on using the new Microsoft Speech Platform. If you do not have MSP installed, you can download it from the links below: ***

NPCI v2.1 brings a ton of new features, such as PED actions by voice, Player actions by voice, new PED animations, PED idle animations, a built in animation viewer, the ability to cycle through 49 different walk styles (with the option to set a default walk style when loading up LSPDFR), and more! Interactions in NPCI 2.1 have never felt more alive!
 
There are 2 versions available in the download: "NPCI 2.1 for PR" & "NPCI 2.1 for STP". Make sure you install the correct one!

so I wanted to learn reflective liveries, and who better than fire rescue to test it on.
Livery is fictional however using the black + white combo was inspired by EmergeNYC's Montgomery County units.
 
I would've added more units if there were more free dev models for more with LODs but there isn't so I hope you all enjoy it as is.

Grappler brings a whole new way to tackle vehicles fleeing from you. 

I want to give a HUGE thanks to @RogueThunder for making the grappler model and @Scorpionfam for making the lowering animation. Without the help of these devs this plugin would not have been possible. 
This plugin is set up to use custom made props, meaning it will work with any police vehicle you want. You just need to configure the offset for the vehicle you're using and save it. The offsets will save to an xml file so you won't have to remake the offset every time.
Using the plugin is very simple, once its set up in the right position, just press the key defined in the ini to deploy it, and then you can grapple any vehicle you want. Once everything is complete, press the same key again while in the vehicle to reset it.

Just a little unmarked CVPI using a Whelen Flatlight with a minimal setup, I might expand on this and add more cars but who knows. - Who knows? I do! As of the 10th of July 2023 I am revisiting the project after someone reported a pretty big bug that has annoyed me. Whilst remaking the CVPI from scratch, why not add more cars?

1998 CVPI - Cancelled due to model issues. Update: 2011 CVPI (Found a new bug, rear left door has broken collision, this breaks the animation + you can't close it. Repair the car to close as a temp fix until I remake from scratch once the other cars are all added. 2018 Charger - Pending release 2014 Tahoe - Pending release 2019 Tahoe

About This Modification:
 
- The vehicle was designed to resemble it's real NYPD counterpart as close as possible
- All vehicle features work properly (Working collisions, breakable glass, working lights, etc)
- Properly optimized LODs for better performance
- Camera offset has been properly adjusted

This was made about the time a released my ULSA Police CVPI - It's being released now as I got slightly side-tracked on other projects instead of fixing some of the liveries.
Anyway I made this just to practice a bunch of liveries in hopes of improving, some came out better than others but I'm happy with 90% of them.
And yes, I did a livery for every hospital in the game - Why? We will never know.

Welcome to my absolutely awful CHP 2014 Tahoe. This was not initially meant for release, I was simply making this for private use in my LSPDFR but after a couple requests I am releasing it.
 
This is not a 1:1 model, as 1, I simply do not care enough considering I made it for only me anyway, and 2, I lack the parts e.g. wheels to make it accurate. Yes, the livery is also slightly wrong, as the top part of the door isn't white IRL, if you care that much, fix it yourself 🙂.

Important: I've seen a few people not do this, maybe a lack of GTA knowledge on tint and pearlescent paint? Anyway when spawning SET THE PAINT TO CLASSIC BLACK in a trainer, and also TURN WINDOW TINT ON AND OFF otherwise the lightbar corners and headlight/taillights will be black and the red paint will look stupid with Rockstar's dumb yellow tint.
 
This is a 2019 Toyota Tundra based on the Los Angles County Fire Department Lifeguards, this originally was going to be a private build for myself but a few people wanted me to release it, so here.
 
Included is a Los Angeles County version and also a Los Santos County version, which was requested.
 
Not too much going on with it, it's a pretty basic build.
 
Before any major LA fan yells at me, yes I am aware it has the wrong lightbar. I am using a Whelen Liberty I not a Liberty II, because I'm not paying for a Liberty II, which I can't even afford right now, just for this build. Be grateful I'm using Roegon's paid Lib I.
 
One last thing, before anyone comments it, the screenshots are not duplicated. They are in the exact same place/time/angle but if you look at it, one is LA, one is LS.

Hey all, was getting a little burnt out of making another vehicle and so had someone randomly tell me what to make, this is the result. Not much to say, hope y'all like it.

Important: You will need the SirenSetting Limit Adjuster if you are going to use this model. Some lights will not work unless you have it.
 
My 2023 AWD CHP Liberty II Charger is finally here! I didn't think it would take this long, but I ended up updating a lot more parts than I first thought. This model has a bunch of stuff which will be added through updates to my other cars soon, the biggest changes are the new liveries and the new interior. 
 
I'd also like to take a moment to thank Alex for his help with this, he really helped make this possible with his knowledge on the 2023s and I don't think it would've come out as good as it did without him.

This release has 7 models, with each one being a specific spec:

As per usual, there's CHP and SAHP livery options for every livery. The reflective stickers are also optional, they can be changed between CHP/SAHP/None. The Add-On and FiveM files already have the CHP liveries with the CHP reflective stickers. One thing to note is that I'm changing how I do liveries in the YTDs, the polar bear liveries are no longer in the hardtop YTDs by default since it's not a proper spec.

Hey guys, got a Federal Signal Integrity pack for you, this pack has been released early as my zmod license is about to expire. 

Currently the pack has 4 vehicles:

PositionTracker
This RPH standalone plugin is made to save the current Player position to a file. This coordinate can then be used f.e. for callouts with suspect, objects or vehicle positions.
You can edit the output style, just adjust the format in the .ini.
 
Ingame Menu
F12 to open (configurable)

 
Give the coordinate a name

 
 
Use the coord in your code
Path is gtav/plugins/PositionTracker/Coords_currentDate.txt

 
Edit the Vector style!
You are able to edit the output, f.e. if you like a style like Vector4, Vector3, Heading, or a Vector2

About the Pack:
This pack was originally created for my personal use in LSPDFR. I really liked the vehicles and began to expand the pack. I wanted to try and keep the pack realistic with just the Charger and the Durango. A lot of departments do not have 30 different vehicle makes, but do have different purposes for a few different makes. I like that about this pack. This pack is not based on anywhere in particular, just a little bit of creativity. This pack does come with all blue lighting installed (Red & Blue is included). I know its not perfect, but I did spend a lot of time on this pack. The Marked Durango does not have the pillar mounted ions like the slicktop, traffic, and unmarked version do. I wanted to keep the lighting somewhat consistent between both of the marked vehicles. If you guys would like, I will add the pillar mounted ions to the Marked Durango too. For the traffic units, I know some will wonder why I left the flag on. I figured that it's quite obvious that it's a police car, so why not. I'm also aware that the material order for the dashcam is messed up in the screenshots, but it has been fixed in the download. All marked models come with corner lightbar cruise lights. All unmarked models come with visor cruise lights.

Hey guys!
Here is a Blaine County Police Department pack I have been working on the last month or two. Just a simple setup with a Whelen Edge and some Whelen Raiders, pack has no rambars and is using some Unity spotlights. Please note with the spotlights that they are usually controlled by ELS however on cars where they are part of the door (e.g., the CVPI) they are extralights (toggle with high beams) due to limitations.
