    You could set her up in a trainer like TrainerV, or you can make your own presets somewhere I don't know what file but I know there are custom ones on this site somewhere

    These are for developing textures for Vehicles, EUP, or Peds, to use them in game you need to retexture the patches onto a EUP/Ped uniform or use the logo on a vehicle livery.
