Without making a separate plugin, that would be difficult, STP doesn't support audio for questions but even if it did the peds wouldn't have the correct voice lines for them all as Rockstar never made them. -

Try turning the lights on, not yourself. - Make sure you have ELS and hit J - If you have ELS already: make sure the XML is in Grand Theft Auto V\ELS\pack_default - Make sure you have SHV installed and up to date

No problem. I also mode some other small changes too, the unit number on the front/side/back not just the roof, I also added an American flag on the side, and added the small cuts in any lettering that goes over the gap in the doors, I think it looks much better.

Hello everyone, this was going to be a larger pack, however I messed up the lightbars z3d and can't be bothered to set it up the same and I'm fairly certain it would come out slightly different. Hey, I intentionally used hubcaps as it's a low profile build however BlueGhost's Wheel Variety Pack includes CVPI steelies. Instructions on how to install and use them are on the description of his file, hope you get them working.

Just a little unmarked CVPI using a Whelen Flatlight with a minimal setup, I might expand on this and add more cars but who knows. - Who knows? I do! As of the 10th of July 2023 I am revisiting the project after someone reported a pretty big bug that has annoyed me. Whilst remaking the CVPI from scratch, why not add more cars? Phoenix Development Discord: https://discord.gg/swBn5B5FSQ Planned for remake/addition (Statuses = Complete, WIP, Not Started) 1998 CVPI - Cancelled due to model issues. Update: 2011 CVPI (Found a new bug, rear left door has broken collision, this breaks the animation + you can't close it. Repair the car to close as a temp fix until I remake from scratch once the other cars are all added. 2018 Charger - Pending release 2014 Tahoe - Pending release 2019 Tahoe New features planned for future updates: Reverse light flashers. Amber warning lights in rear of vehicles. Takedown lights. New lighting preview:

At this time I don't plan on adding extra lighting, maybe in the future, but I'm not prioritising updates on this pack anymore as I'm working on a state pack

The slots that the cars replace can be changed however all the cars have Los Santos PD liveries except the two unmarked cars

The legacy is made by OfficerFive0 As far as the headlight emissive they don't yet as I don't know how to but the ELS are configured
