So it loaded but immediately froze then crashed after I got into franklin’s car and it’s engine started. It could just freeze because of the vehicles or it could be my computer.

I believe I have been autoloading then. I will try and update .NET to see if that works. There was another program that it uses so I’m gonna find out what that is and update that.

I do not know how to autoload RPH and yes I can run a normal game without the LSPDFR Mod active or installed. the Text error says "WARNING! The plugin 'LSPD First Response' Has been terminated(?) because it was causing the game to freeze!" is it possible that my .NET isn't up to date?

ANOTHER UPDATE: The game works but the error that says it couldn't work or whatever. I try to load it with the console but it does the same thing.

No I do not have any plugins installed, although I have em in a folder for later when I get this working. I can access the Logs. Here's all that's in here. So I downloaded LSPDFR and I got it working after a few black screen errors. I opened the game up once and it said Loading LSPDFR in the corner, but It was taking forever so I decided to try and Load it in the Console, So I used the LoadPlugin command and the game crashed. It might be because of my Computer but I'm not sure. No crash log popped up as far as I could see so I can't provide that.
