Here is the new log. Now I got in and it came up and actually crashed. I believe its the dlc add on pack, ill let you confirm. Here is the log RagePluginHook.log DLC add on - https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/us-coast-guard-pack-add-on I am going to remove to see if that fiixes RagePluginHook.log

So yes, just logged in and went on duty officially. But like the other copy of GTA with all my LSPDFR mods, same challenge. Even on this fresh copy, CCO still isn't loading. I appreciate the suggestion though. Thank you, ill keep looking.

Yes I have, maybe not on the new install... I mean I have "forceduty" on the new install. But on my other GTA copy, I went on duty with my custom character and all that. And I had the same issue, nothing was initiating CCO. But ill go ahead and rule that out for you now. But again, yes I was on the first copy I attempted.

Hey guys, I see the instructions for proper support, i am just going to ask real quick before i fill out all that info because i feel like someone will know right away. I will comment with all info and screen shots once i get back to comp. Please help...ive been dying to try this. Note: Ive watched tutorials x10 hours... read readme x4. My cco hasnt even enabled...the ] key and menu ( i tried changing key the first 2 times i started over) has never worked. Nor did call out manager work when i downloaded that to try that method.. f12 default never worked.. odd? So nothing has ever crashed to report or show logs of... im on a fresh copy where cco is my only major plugin... im running .4.6.9 and the only thing i am seing is LML is .03 now and all tutorials are using .01 lml... i cant find that version... but thats prob not it. Ive done every single step lol...im losing my mind. Thank you in advance,
