if you want to change the window lettering, it’s in the YTD. should be vehicle_genericglass3 I think -

This is not a 100 Percent perfect match to the FPIU they use and I know that. yeah, open the add on pack, and open the ytd of the slicktop tahoe, drag “tahoe_sign_1-3” to desktop, then open the replace which is police 4 and drag them in- 75 comments

Addon packs are meant to be extra vehicle spaces within the game, so they do not have to override any default and/or modded vehicle you have in the basic "Police SHeriff slots". if you choose to replace, it will replace the default gta vehicles with the modded version. Simplair version is, you will see replaced vehicles driving around the map, you wont see added vehicles if that makes sence.
