@GrandTheftPD I followed the installation for the replacement one but for the hat its saying to go into x64e.rpf and thats not in the mods folder thats the game direct.. and there is no x64e.rpf in the mods folder,, and i dont want to break my game by putting it in the x64e.rpf... so what do i do? and is it supposed to be in patchday3 or can i put it in the most recent one EDIT: I found out how to get the x64e.rpf in the mods folder but the hat files dont want to go into it so im stuck again, i also tried to manually doing it by pressing the add file button Edit Again.. right after the previous edit: Now it wants to work and show up magically.. lol disregard- 67 comments

with photoshop its possible. you can break it, and edit, transform.. etc. trust me -
its quite possible

I'm really not the one that doubts stuff, cuz everyone does a great job on their files on this website.. but I guess the real question is did he actually make the liveries or just slap the png file on other vehicle templates and edit the numbers and upload it.

I've not seen any other people make the same liveries, so I was concerned. The cars may be different however the liveries are the same with different numbers.

Iput in a Black and White version. However I don't know how I feel about the white without a stroke on the letters, but also didnt want it to look pixeliated with the stroke. I have TheHurks pack but when i get out of the cars, all the front lights steady burn. In your pack (by the video) it doesnt look to be that way. and also do i just delete the .xml for the els if i install this pack?- 93 comments
