  6. It's YouTube, not the browsers. IE is having issues as well. With YouTube updating and adding crap (and what they have done is crap), it's been causing all sorts of loading and playback issues.

  8. It's being made by Plan A Games (the same developers who created SAPD:FR)... Modern Law. http://www.moddb.com/games/modern-law I believe it will go far.
  9. Can you screenshot your GTA directory and post the screenshot(s) here please.
  10. Run in Compatibility mode for, this time, Windows 98 as an administrator.
  11. Sounds to me like the issue is going away and then coming back. Possibly because you're adding bad mods or something. Redo everything I have told you, and then post an update.
  12. Google is great, in regards to privacy loss and security issues. Ever noticed that Google Chrome just downloads things by default, doesn't need to prompt you? Or that Google's results are different for each person? Or how about that Google is trashing YouTube, not only by practically forcing users to use Google+, but also trashing the software. I never used to have video playback issues, now I do non-stop. Google isn't very good. Back on topic though, what Antivirus are you using if it's not Norton? My guess is your PC has been hijacked or your IP is bad (proxy user?).

  15. Does that mean your issue is now resolved? Or...?
  16. That, to me, doesn't sound like a forum type, but rather a forum game. Why not create a thread like that?

  24. You said it minimizes by itself? That's a normal thing in GTA-SA crash's, but at what point does it occur? It's not a "clean install" if this is happening, GTA SA doesn't do that unless something is missing/modified.
  25. Just want to point out that it's not a GIF file. It is impossible to have sound in a GIF file, it's not supported (at least not yet) within the file formatting. This, as you mentioned, is a SWF file. A SWF file, or Shockwave Flash file, uses (usually) Adobe to display in browsers. They are commonly used for simple games and short video clips. I'm actually fairly surprised it works in the forum, most forums disable SWF files. Cool find though! :D
