I present to you, the Nevada Highway Patrol. This includes a few liveries using NHP's old navy blue scheme, hence why there are vehicles missing; as they never had the blue scheme. 
I highly recommend using @Scorpionfam's amazing San Andreas Highway Patrol pack for added authenticity.

Hello everyone 

So this is my first release and I'm a bit anxious about releasing it but I hope y'all like it.
This pack as an LASD inspired lighting pattern and exterior.
There are many extras, the list of it is in the file. 

The pack contains 
- FiveM package 
- DLC for the FPIU's 
Sadly I couldn't test the SP versions because of my broken game. I added the dlc.rpf for both fpiu's but I didn't ad the files in them but everything is included to make it work !

I have added a list of all supported vehicles at the end of this description for those who are curious about which packs specifically. I want to give a special thanks to the authors who included a link to my pack in their file! 
 
If you have a model or pack you want all blue or a different color (I will do all red/fire/EMS requests, but those will be uploaded separately), you may request it in the file comments.  However, my only stipulation is that I am allowed to post it on LCPDFR.com for others to use.  I will not do requests for models that will be private. The only exception to this is fivem communities/packs, see notes below.
 
A couple things to note:
 
 
Some vehicles have a +hi.ytd that also contain light textures.  If I provide a +hi.ytd folder, that means the blue/blue textures need to be placed in the +hi.ytd.  
This pack was uploaded in 2018, which sadly means that some older cars/packs may no longer be available.  
       • I can do non-ELS, please go to my other file of the same name (except it says non els). However, iff you want a mega pack done for a fivem server, you'll need to PM me on here or join the discord and make a ticket.

Important note: In case you get tired of blue/blue, back up the .ytd and ELS VCF before installing the textures.
 
 
 
Helpful tip for the list below:  If you're looking to see if there's textures specific car/pack, you can use CTRL + F to search.

This XML will allow you to utilize basic functionality of ELS with non-ELS cars.  This means you can use keybinds for lights and sirens, but cannot change patterns or light stages.  While you technically can have light stages, it's pointless since individual lights won't turn on.

Place the sample VCF into GTA\ELS\pack_default.
 
Rename the XML to match that of your vehicle name, such as police 2, sheriff, etc.  This will work for addon vehicles!
 
Special note to ELS users: You can use this with your ELS cars, but most of the functionality is disabled in the XML. You need to go in and re-enable them.

Shawnee, Kansas is a suburb on the northwestern edge of Johnson County. It is bordered by Bonner Springs to the north, Merriam to the east, Lenexa to the south and Overland Park to the southeast. Another well funded agency, they were the only agency in the county to purchase large amounts of the FPIS once the CVPI ended. Because of their proximity to smaller agencies on the NE side of the county, their traffic unit often responds to major crashes in those cities. In my personal game, I have them patrolling in the Rockford Hills/Vinewood area and north into the county.

As I've moved back onto Kansas, my current goal is to add every single agency in Johnson County. and I got really tired of seeing the default Pranger SUV respond as backup. A small agency, JCPPD are sworn police officers and primarily responsible for patrolling the many county parks within Johnson County, and especially speed enforcement in them. However, they will also respond throughout the county as mutual aid is requested.

What will hopefully be the last upload of this pack, until a couple of parts I need and a HQ 21 Tahoe base comes out. Way more enhancements done, this version includes new units with Soundoff lighting, bug fixes, and most importantly, hybrid lighting, allowing much more accurate setups and accurate cruise lights for TPD cars.

I know I said I'm done redoing old stuff, but I'm serious this time, as this should be the final upload of this pack until new base models get released.
An absolute rework, featuring 22 vehicles, multiple new units, an insanely good CVPI base by RobertTM, brand new units such as the traffic CVPI, 13 and 16 FPIU K9 units, plus an unmarked Caprice and FPIS. Oh, and did I mention that it now utilizes a hybrid system to allow more accurate patterns and lights to move with doors?

Lenexa, Kansas is a decent sized and affluent suburb on the western edge of the Kansas City metro and rapidly expanding west. It is bordered to the north by Shawnee, to the south by Olathe and to the east by Overland Park. They are a well funded agency, as evident by the amount of lights, and they have very few vehicles older than their 2020 FPIUs. In my personal game, I have them setup patrolling from the Del Perro/beaches region north into Chumash.
