Today I've get a ped pack for the upcoming LSMPD vehicle pack by RoberTM, I've worked to get these as close as possible to the real deal. 

Instructions for installation are in the read me so actually read it. 
 
If you want any other peds done drop a comment and I'll see what I can do.

Alrighty boys and girls here it is, HankVoight's first ever pack for GTA V!
 
Every model included has had about 50 attempts before these ones to get everything right but of course I have probably missed something so let me know in the comments below.
 
So far there are 8 vehicles in total with 3 patrol, 3 detective/unmarked, 1 transport unit and a K9 Tahoe available. If there is further demand I may add more vehicles to it however I'd like to move onto a sheriff or Highway Patrol style pack to tie in with this. Updates will be added over time however I do believe none should be needed just yet as I'm quite comfortable with how the models came out.
 
 
For those of you messaging me for instructions to install these files. Models go into your latest patchday and meta.file goes into mods>update>update.rpf>common>data>levels>gta5
You really should know how to install things by now.
 
 
Huge shout out to @RobertTM and @Mr.Kindness for all of their help provided to get me where I am now, it was a long road but now I know what I'm doing I can only get better!

Just thought I'd release an LSSD skin pack revolved around the Palm Beach Sheriffs Office. Included is the unique purple CVPI design they have and I must say it looks pretty good. 

I plan on making more textures for different cars to be incorporated into this pack. If you have any suggestions let me know!

Included are skins for Virzzas CVPI, The Hurks Taurus and Explorer's and Black Jesus' Silverado. 

GTA IV Liberty City Police skin pack made by Chris_Wharley.

You are NOT allowed to upload these textures anywhere else without my express permission.
These skins may be used for clan/community purposes but proper credits must be given. If not action will be taken.

Textures are purely fictional and do not respresent any real Agency or Police Department with the exception of the FIB skin.

Vehicles used for this pack can be found on www.lcpdfr.com and GTA4mods.com in the download section and are all ELS enabled vehicles.
Which means you need ELS V8 to make them work properly.

Hello all

I am pleased to announce that over the last week or so I have been scratch making a texture pack for Yard1's LSPD ELS V8 vehicle pack and in which I chose to base it on the TV show Rookie Blue.



For those of you that don't know about the show it is a Canadian Police television drama set in 15 division and follows the lives of 5 main characters that were once Rookies but now are fully fledged officers of the law.

Now there are 4 skins for each patrol vehicle, all with their own unit numbers.
They are the Vapid Interceptor, Vapid Cruiser and the Bravado Buffalo.

As for the Granger there are only 3 textures which include an ETF skin, NOOSE skin and an unmarked/transparent skin.
Note: I did both ETF and NOOSE for those who want one or the other.

The Fugitive only supports one livery so it was as well an unmarked/transparent skin.

I also threw in a bonus skin for an FDLC HAZMAT vehicle which has both ETF and NOOSE skins.

This is my LCPD skin pack based off LVMPD designs. I have always thought their design was great so I decided to make an LCPD version.
These skins fit pretty much any model either els or non els. All you need to do is get the models from and http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/harley-davidson-flh-1200-police-f9510 and you are all set.

Installation - download the skin pack and open the file, extract it to your desktop using winrar or anything similar.
Open spark IV and import the correct skins to each model then save and close.
Start the game and enjoy.

This is my new Liberty City PD skin pack for (NON ELS) vehicles. Some skins however will fit on els mods.
The pack includes skins for CVPI, Chev Impala, Chev Suburban, Dodge Charger, Harley Davidson police bike, Burrito, and ESU SWAT truck.

I present to you 4 brand new Dodge Charger skins being brought to Liberty City police cars near you.

First up we have the new Liberty City Highway Patrol paint job which is perfect for all of you officers that like to just cruise the highway all shift long.
Secondly, the Port Authority paint job for those of you that like to hang out around the industrial/ dock areas of Liberty.
Thirdly there is a brand new Metro design on the streets which can be used for anything from traffic patrols to general duties.
Last up the Park Police livery is perfect for those special patrols where you just want to do something different. This unit can be seen mostly around the Middle Park and Meadows Park area.


These skins are made for 2013 Charger from Dhruv/Tim98
