    Hello. I have been trying to figure out how EUP works and how to make custom LEO uniforms to put in a 5m server. I have been looking for information and tutorials but have come up short. I would really appreciate if someone could walk me through this. I have been skinning cars for a little while so I'm hoping i can do the work in cs6 Portable. thanks in advance
