  1. Yes i did. And it's solved! After trying everything else, i tried the #1 solution for everything windows-related......restarting the frickin PC!
  2. Hello everybody. I had a lot of fun with ELS and it's a great mod, since two days however it started to do something that i've never seen nor heard before. I start the game, get into my ELS supported vehicle and try to flick on the lights. Nothing. The only thing that's blinking are the brakelights/turn signals. But the lightbar is not lighting whatsoever. And yes, my settings are set to high, i have the radiance mod installed. I've checked when it first started doing that, what did I do before that happened. So i retraced my steps and deleted the things I did before the last time it worked and now when it didn't work. Started the game. Doesn't work. So I've deleted ELS and my mods folder. I've recreated a new mods folder with a clean copy of my update-folder! I've reinstalled ELS after downloading it again. I then installed my usually working ELS vehicles. Started the game. Nothing. I've went ahead and reinstalled the whole game: Did a clean uninstall, deleted every trace on my PC system to make sure nothing is left, installed GTA again and then RPH, ScripthookV all the good stuff. Then LSPDFR, ELS, and i stopped there. Without putting in ALL my callouts and mods i've just installed one ELS vehicle, booted the game and looked...and it still doesn't work. TL;DR If anybody in the past few days, suddenly and without changing too much, has the problem of their lightbars/lights from ELS supported vehicles not lighting/working please respond. Also: I'm NOT talking about dim lights. I'm talking about no lights at all. Thanks for reading! If i can be of any assistance, if you need any files other then ELS.log, i'll happily provide! ELS.log
  3. Yeah...i'm waiting for the time when you can't say hello to someone without them being like "Did you say something funny to me?" in an aggravated stance.
  4. Hey, just wanted to add something to the updating issue. It's synced with my character so that it recognizes the showers taken, the vehicles stopped and the shots i've taken. It doesn't however show the following: - Arrests - Tickets - Frisks - Contraband - and minutes of TV watched The TV thing, i'm not sure why that's not synced. All the other stuff i had the suspicion that it could be because i'm arresting/frisking/issuing tickets/searching vehicles through the mods StopThePed, CompuLite and a few others. Could it be that because i'm not using the LSPDFR Menus but the menus of different mods, that the syncing feature can't recognize that there was in fact an arrest happening? Was just a thought.
  5. Hey guys. I totally missed that one even though it happened in my own hometown in Germany. A 19 year old broke up with his girlfriend, the girlfriends family tracked him down and started to beat him up. Shortly after, his family showed up and there was a HUGE fight going on Monday, December 2nd. Apparently, i just read it on the news, police from my hometown had to reach out to a few neighbouring cities for reinforcements, even getting a small Gang Tast Force for "Immigrant Violence" involved. At the high peak it were about 20 people punching each other in front of a schools sport hall. o_O We never had something like this happen here before. It's a fairly small town. The last time anything happened where almost the whole state of "Northrhine Westfalia" responded, was when some drunken holiday-tourist from the Netherlands started to shoot at somebody in the pedestrian zone, where all the shopping happens. There's the article. It's in german but i'll put a rough translation below. Original Article (in german): English Translation: I never thought something like this would happen in this small town xD
  6. I just searched for the same thing and i had a relatively "easy" solution for me. Maybe it works for you too. I just make sure that i have equipped no weapon before entering the car. That way i'll flick people off when using Left Shoulder/Bumper on my Controller, then i rebound the key for activating a traffic stop to "LeftShoulder" in the keys.ini of LSPDFR. None of my other mods uses LeftShoulder as a key and i don't mind flicking people off before conducting the trafficstop to let them know they did something bad. xD TL;DR: Go into the "lspdfr" folder and open keys.ini -> Change TRAFFICSTOP_START_ControllerKey=A to TRAFFICSTOP_START_ControllerKey=LeftShoulder or any other Controllerkey you don't use anywhere else. PS.:Also if you want to unbind an ELS-Key completely, so that it uses no key at all (if you don't need something, like the keyboardcontrol for "Blackout" because i don't blackout like that. I do it manually) the number used for "None" is 0. For me it worked. Hope it helps you.
  7. Hey there, my name's Isi [pronounced=Izzy] and i'm german. If you want to play together on a FiveM server, preferably a RolePlay server, then just ask me. I don't really know good RP-Communities around GTA5, especially for "policework"-RP so suggestions are always welcome. My contact information is available on my profile page and you'll get the fastest responsetime probably through Discord. I'm gonna head out to patrol some more now, keep the streets clean and criminal-free! And if you ever walk through some woods, make sure to be nice to the foxes around and try to be quiet. Nobody likes loud people in a forest anyways 😉
