Backup+ requires it for something. But yeah, just use backup+ and look up some tutorials. I'm sure you'll find something on it.

Your wardrobe.ini folder should be in plugins/EUP Menu just go to that and they should be written out for you.

Sorry for the late response. For park rangers on the freeway you could modify a file in the lspdfr main folder in the directory. I'll tell you what file that would be when I get on my main PC. For the light bars not working, i believe that's an issue on the developer's end,

Okay, lets try to get it to load LSPDFR on startup. When you load up Rage hold down shift until a window pops up. Once you do that go to the Plugins tab and click "Load all plugins on startup"

Okay, if you haven't already, tell RPH to load LSPDFR on startup.

Does RPH try to auto load LSPDFR, if not tell it to load it on startup.
