Have you tried to delete it yet? If not, try that and see if that fixes it if it doesn't then lmk. Also, what graphics mod do you have installed, it could also be that your settings too high.

Have you installed any addon cars?

If once you renamed your mods folder to "_mods" and it didn't crash it means you have a problem in your mods folder.

I still recommend you delete the "Keep Calm" file because I don't see the DLL and it was last updated in mid 2016.

I think it might be something with "MoreRadioChatter", it is a bit outdated and a few things came up in the RPH log. I could be wrong though. I could also send an alternative to it as I use a mod somewhat like that that I enjoy if you'd like.

Did you put those files into the normal "Plugins" folder?

Are you using cop holster?

Cop Holster doesn't go in your LSPDFR folder, it goes into your plugins folder. Spotlight.dll also goes into the plugins folder, along with Spotlight Resources folder.

I'd say try to delete traffic policer, because it is outdated.

Are you attaching you RagePluginHook.log

you should be able to attach it. Other people have been able to. And, you don't have any plugins inside of your LSPDFR folder? To attach the log you need to drag it from your directory to the "Drag files here to attach, or choose files..." place under the actual text box.

What LSPDFR mods do you have? And could you send your RPH log?
