P.S: If you are using Terry Slomans Setina Pushbar, you can replace the material to this fender guard and change it to the push bar, it is pre-mapped and pre-fitted to his push bar and GeorgieMoons tahoe.

A non-ELS / DLS 2010 Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor with a Whelen Liberty. A fictional, generic setup with an optional pushbar, radar and clear or colored lightbar lenses.

Notes
This mod supports DLS (Dynamic Lighting System) for light stages, traffic advisor patterns, siren controls and more. DLS is optional, only light stage 3 will be usable without DLS.
 
It is recommended to use a modified visualsettings.dat file to increase emergency light brightness, such as my Improved Emergency Lights modification.
 
A California-inspired version with steady burns, rear amber, and an additional passenger side spotlight is available here.

This DOT skin was based off Mr. Robo Coper's 2012 chevy silverado DOT skin (see below). I used his skin as a basis to apply it to the newer 2017 chevy silverado models. As far as I am aware the skin isn't based off any real-world DOT offices. I linked some compatible vehicle mods below so have fun and enjoy your work on the job!

Its an antenna the mounts to the glass of your vehicle WITHOUT creating a hole in it. Isn't that cool? 
This antenna comes properly scaled referenced off its actual technical drawing supplied by Panorama themselves. 
As well comes with proper axis points for easy rotation of the antenna. You're welcome.

For the love of all that's holy, I can't get it to spin on the z axis only the Y

This is not in any way absolute perfect. 
But, it is completely useable and game ready.
 
There are some small bugs like unbreakable windows and maybe other small things.
A more experienced developer would be able to sort those out I should imagine.
 
I don't do LODs so install the 'vehicles.meta' included for LOD and handling
Install it in:-mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5
 
There are 2 other wheel options.
What I call the 'sawblade' hubcaps and steel wheels without caps. Also bought from Turbosquid.
 
I may release this as a panel van at a later date.

After almost a year in development I finally release this. Recently I've been extremely busy plus lost interest in the modeling scene. After recent events I have decided to release this since I obviously ain't working on it. It is at what most I've talked to said is a finished state. Some bugs here and there but minor enough for the average modeler to fix. Anyways I thank all the people who have contributed to the models in so many ways. It means alot.
