if i delete them, will i have missing textures or any issues?

i have installed a Canadian flag mod which changes all the American flags to Canadian flags, and i also have the palm tree replacement mod installed which changes all the palm trees to normal trees, i recently changed back to LAPD and now i want to know how i can revert those mods to have the palm trees and American flags back.

Can anyone make a civilian vehicle like a Hyundai Tucson, Toyota RAV4, Hyundai Elantra, Honda CRV, or Dodge Journey, as an ELS Replace vehicle with a lighting setup of two red blue and white flashing lights in the rear windshield, side markers possibly in the rear quarter windows or rear side windows, and two tri colour red blue and white flashing lights in the top of the front windshield, or behind the grille.

don't know what the problem was, but i logged in today and my sirens were back to normal.

when i get in a police car the siren automatically turns on even when i go to full stage three and try to turn siren off it stays even when i turn off all my light.

verified my files through steam and still doesn't work

i load into my game with rph and it crashes while loading at completing interoperability. game also crashes without rph RagePluginHook.log

i was in a pursuit and i did a pit, i got out of the car and opened my weapon wheel to select my pistol, and when i opened the wheel my game crashed RagePluginHook.log

when i start ph and click on start story mode with rage plugin hook, it crashes on initializing game support my crash repot: CrashReport_decha_638541647690820078.zip
