Earlier yesterday the game was running fine when I had 4.0 and I updated to 4.1 and for some reason when I started RPH it wouldn't load RPH or give me the option to go to my console. I uninstalled and did a clean install with only 4.1 no mods yet and still the same problem. I deleted the folder as well after I uninstalled and restarted my computer as well before reinstalling. Any idea why RPH isn't loading with GTA when it opens? I am clicking on RPH first. RagePluginHook.log

Thank you so much. I searched that tag line and there not even close to 60. This is what they are: car.defaultlight.day.emissive.on 1.50 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.on 1.50 car.defaultlight.day.emissive.off 0.05 car.defaultlight.night.emissive.off 0.003 I even downloaded the original visualsettings.dat and replaced it with the old one, but it won't revert back the settings.

The tutorial isn't showing up for me. Is there a way you can link to it?

Hello, I installed the visualsettings.dat for this mod, but for me the lights are way too bright at night. I made a backup and even downloaded the original visualsettings.dat, but I can't seem to get back to normal light settings. Any idea why I can't go back to normal?
