The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Hey there, I read your log and it seem like the crash has something to do with section136 callouts, What I want you to do is remove that Plugin and run your game just to see if it works with out that callout pack, if you have any questions let me know.
