    Try Ultimate Backup by Bejoijo It allows you to spawn in both human and K9 partners, both with extensive abilities. He also has some other cool plugins that I feel are essential. They're on his website.

    Have you edited any files with OpenIV? Is this a clean install? Is this a legal copy of the game?
