Sorry this step didn't have to cause this. Try also to reinstall lspdfr and if the problem is not resolved rename mods folder in _mods

your processor at a basic frequency of 2.6 gHz, requirement with frequency of 0.4 GHz less than the base frequency (required for GTA5 which is minimum 3GHz), the problem is this, I recommend or to remove plugins but also to lower the graphics settings, carefully recommended in your case (like mine) to disable vertical synchronization and all advanced graphics settings

Is better to follow this steps: remove all the non-originals gta v files (you can use a tutorial and write original gta 5 files) ---> you can simply moved to your desktop enter the game (GTA 5) with Rockstar Games Launcher close the game install lspdfr and enter with ragepluginhook close the game and paste all the plugins you have moved to the desktop and enter the game Show if the problem is resolved
