No No... you made wrong to x64e.fp, you must install it into x64 folder and before you lost a path: you lost the update folder (after mods folder) --------I> you must drag and drop x64 folder and update folder into mods folder

It must be work because i'm sure you lost some files of the plugins (you have installed to a half Traffic Policer and Assorted Callouts. 🙂 If you can't resolve it paste a screen of Lspdfr -> audio -> scanner folder and Plugins -> lspdfr folder
