This pack includes a retextured Central park as seen in the pictures.

Make a new folder and name it, manhat and place this pack in it.

A complete installation 'read me' file will be included in the next and last pack.

Or store them in a new folder ( rename it east ) and look out for packs 4 and 5 and simply copy and paste them into
the above location in your main game directory, pc > data > maps > and replace the east folder ( quicker option )

Hello guys and girls.

In this mod, you will find the gtxd file containing new road textures :D

Now. Here's the bad news.
In order to to re texture all the roads in your game, you will need to replace the folders, east, jersey and manhat.
Unfortunately, the maximum file size I can upload is 1GB and all of the above mentioned are over that size, ( the smallest being 1.27 GB )

So, until I can find a way to drastically reduce the sizes, I can only offer you the gtxd for the moment.
As soon as I can make these smaller that the maximum 1GB, I will update this with either links to the rest or a new download.

I've been wanting to do one of these for ages,
Unfortunately I couldn't find a decent one with a template ( or any with a template for that matter )
So a bit of creativity was called for. So many Open IV screen shots and adjustments later, I've got it as close as I could get it.

Also included in the file are the textures to change the lightbar to all red

Change the lightbar textures with their namesake in the WTD and change Aspen_sign_1 with the 'Untitled' file.
Don't forget to change your ELS setting to all red too.
