Before posting a support request please do the following:
Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks: No, i haven't got any.. Its a totally legal version
Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues: Done!
Make sure that you run the game as an administrator. : Done!
Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only": Done!
Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder: Done!
Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.: Done!
Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.: Done!
Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.: Done!
Install these: .Net Framework 4.5, Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012: Done!

Oke! Here we go! If i start gta iv (in administrator mode) it starts and then after a few seconds it says: "Grand theft auto IV doesn't work" and then in the statusbar the next message pops up:
So i searched for a solution on "DEP" and set up the DEP configuration (Impossible to add gtaIV.exe to the list) wich didn't work out.
The LCPDFR diagnostics tool gives me the next status:
The LCPDFR Error reporter gives me this message:
And now... i don't know anymore.... I tried different things, but i really have no clue on what to do... I think the savegame problem on the error reporter is something to do with, but i dont know how to solve this.
