I figured it out, posting here again incase this helps anyone else! So not using Arrest Manager, but using Stop the Ped - I had to go to the StopThePed.ini in gtav/plugins/lspdfr and change the following to fix the floating vehicles on the flatbed: Under "[TowService]" change: FlatbedOffset=0.0,0.0,0.0 >>to>> FlatbedOffset=0.050,0.0,-0.440

How would I go about changing the vehicle position on the flatbed if I don't use Arrest Manager? I have the floating vehicle issue on the back of the towtruck, but obviously I can't change it in the arrestmanager.ini since I don't use it. Would there be somewhere else where these settings/position can be changed?

I'm a dumbass, ignore my post (I can't edit it again for w/e reason!) - installing the latest 7zip resolved it!

First off, I realize this probably isn't the best place to ask this, but since it affects so few downloads from here I thought I'd ask in case anyone else has issues like me with the downloading of this specific file for this mod. Every now and then, I have trouble when I download a mod in that I can't open the .rar file to copy the files into my directory. So far it has only done this with some vehicle mods which I don't mind at all since I can just download a different vehicle. However it does become a bit of an annoyance when trying to download a mod like this. The issue is when I have downloaded a mod from "GTA5 Mods", I cannot open the .rar to get to the files due to an Error (see spoiler) - this is for both winRAR and 7zip - I have tried to re-download several times with the same outcome. Does anyone have any ideas or workarounds for this? To be clear - This has happened very few times (mostly on vehicles) and I haven't had any look searching for a useful answer or resolution. The majority of the mods I download I have had no issue at all with opening and installing any .rar files. It is doing it for this mod, and is why I am asking here.
