This is my first EUP reskin, so it will not be perfect, but i know there was literally 0 EUP MSP textures, so i wanted to make this one. 
How to install: Mods>Update>x64>dlcpacks>eup>dlc.rpf>x64> Componentpeds & Componentpeds_P.rpf(actually open the folders or it wont work)
drag and drops, 
 
I should also add that the badge on the troopers hat is the same one they use in real life. so there! HAH

You must use my wardobe.ini or else you will have to find each texture yourself. so please use it so you dont have to go to the comments
asking "where tf are they" I will just tell you to look at the Readme.txt.
