The hubcaps come with the base model, you would have to purchase Raz3r's patreon to get them

which patchday did you put it into?

make sure youre using patchday22, as 23 is glitched and doesnt replace most vehicles

gta 5> mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday22ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> vehicles.rpf

then place the .xml for els in

gta 5> els> pack_default

I also downloaded your Marked version and having the same problem. However on that one it is the fbi files..

which patchday are you trying to put it in, I know 23 doesnt replace all of the vehicles for some weird reason

it is modeled after a high country so the wheels are a little bigger than normal, you can always change them out with a wheel mod such as blueghosts pack

here is the path you should be putting it in to

gta 5> mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday22ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> vehicles.rpf 
then drag and drop the files in there then the .xml goes into gta 5> ELS> pack_default
