    ill be releasing an update in the next day or so that will, thanks for letting me know you will have to edit the vehicles.meta or turn off tint in game through a trainer drag and drop the vehicle files into mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday22ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta 5> vehicles.rpf the els file will go to ELS> pack_default if you need any more help add me on discord @ Kollin M.#5742 im not 100% sure to be honest, I will check for ya though

    which patchday did you put it into? make sure youre using patchday22, as 23 is glitched and doesnt replace most vehicles

    in openIV place the vehicle files into gta 5> mods> update> x64> dlcpacks> patchday22ng> dlc.rpf> x64> levels> gta5> vehicles.rpf then place the .xml for els in gta 5> els> pack_default if you need anymore help join my discord and ill be happy to help you
