You can try playclaw, it has a watermark though, it's not that annoying if you just ignore it. It gives good FPS and doesn't use all your memory/RAM

San andreas, So much to do, in GTA4... you don't feel like your living, in San andreas you could head to the gym, find some easter eggs, or just search for a plane to drive. We need more GTA games with planes

I want to join in on chases, some different reactions when arrests. Some people could just be "Ok here is my license sir" some could be "SCREW YOU! DAMN COPS!' and speed away. When you frisk someone they could attack you until you kill or tase them.
