I might have a simple method to fix these kind of issues. - make sure you have the required runtime libs installed. - download driver booster to install needed openal libs directx etc, or do it manually but i recommend you to use driver booster. Try putting these variables in your ini file (Location) C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto V\lspdfr edit file lspdfr.ini - then remove the old variables and replace them with these variables.
