Operator Neptune

I created a mini pack for Paleto Bay Sheriff's Office and extension of LSSD. It's not based on any department, concept only. I decided to use a silver as the main base color with hits of red, white, black and gray. This is a mini pack that includes The CVPI, FPIU, JEEP Wrangler and TAHOE (bonus and not pictured). This is based on the Butte County Sheriff's Office, coincidentally also BCSO. My first texture skin for the Tahoe is based on the Oroville, CA Police Department. They use this on their FPIU vehicles but I decided to opt for a Tahoe version. This is lore friendly but I also have the one that actually says Oroville if anyone wants it. Install: Replace tahoe_sign_1 in the policet.ytd file with the new PNG file.
