1.0 Hasn't been publicly tested until now so of course there will be crashes and conflicts with other mods. It's almost impossible to code something to work seamlessly with all the thousands of mods there are.

I messed with that too, but that only changes the reflections for some reason as well. To get a better sense of what I'm saying: When the lights are activated, take the saturation levels and move it up and down, that's what I'm trying to do, but without making everything else in GTA more saturated.

Is there any way to change the actual intensity of the colors coming from the light bar, instead of the reflection? I've messed with visualsettings.dat and ELS.ini but I've only managed to make the reflections more intense, not the color coming from the light bar. Anyone know how to change this?

Since the game just uses .wav files for audio with the help of IVAUD mod, you could technically record your own voice or whatever and import it.

Suspects bullets do more damage, blips don't appear once you get near the object so if you're in a traffic stop and a guy takes off, you better call a helicopter or backup because if you lose him chances are he's gone for good.

I used Photoshop CS 5.1, it's an older version but for me once you made the text, right click on the layer, and click on "Blending Options". From there click on "gradient overlay" and customize it to your liking.

There should be 2 PNG images in there, those are the textures. You have to import them onto the model yourself. A step by step instruction guide is in the Read Me text document, you have to download the model separately.

I installed ENB a few months ago, stopped playing GTA, then picked back up again and completely forgot I had it installed. I installed Icenhancer 2.1 and now the settings I had are all messed up, so my question is: Could I uninstall one of the mods or is it safe keeping both and just editing both of their configs the same way?

After playing with this mod for a few days, this is what I'd like to see -When making a traffic stop, be able to approach from the passenger side window as well as the driver window -Custom Login username/password for the MDT, also fix it so when you type in someones name it doesn't conflict with ELS and make the siren go off or something -Mix in Bravehearts script -More call variety

The challenges were stupid except for the first one, I'm not surprised to see the new Ford PI win. The tear gas challenge was irrelevant, since when do cops sit in a room full of tear gas in their car? The last one was just stupid, you never shoot out of your car window, none-the-less with an automatic weapon.
