I dont like Mirco ATX boards either, I was looking to buy a military grade Full ATX Intel Board that can support my CPU cause Intel CPU are very costly on the market, these days, and all I know is that Micro's were pretty much based for work only because they cant handle the games very well if not cooled properly and if I open my case there is a lot of heat coming off it even after it being cleaned, plus I need to find one that is compatible with PCI-E 3.0 because of my card being 3.0 the slot is only 2.0

I use to have a ATI Radeon 6570, but I am wondering are you using Intel, off my knowledge Intel runs better than AMD, my old XP and Vista computer were Intel based but were retail stock computers, Intel is worth it if your worried about performance, and the game seems to runs smoothly except for the studdering but I can run Medium to High Settings with or without mods. my moboard is a Gigabyte which I probably forgot to mention. Yeah I will try changing "PreloadAllModels from False to True" using the LCPDFR Config Tool but in the mean time, since the mod was just released we don't really know what kind of problems or issues we may run into, even if its a crash for the mod itself or even if the game crashes, I actually did not want to use it at first because it said changing the Preloading may cause a vehicle spawning issue if that's what I read in the manual.

Same here of what Chef said but I am also getting the same error but its weird but mine says it stopped working but I am not sure but I still get world events and even maybe callouts.

Sorry about that I corrected the information within the post but I do use my launchgtaiv.exe to start my game and I am running on patch 7 or otherwise known as 1.0.7.0, I also posted the Advanced Hook Log in a spoiler, I made a few errors with the post, now I see why you said "You shouldn't start from the gta4Browser.exe;...."

I am unsure about why the blue square comes back but if you unchecked or unticked it, it should be fine, I did the same thing and that happened to me as well, I right clicked any of my files within my game folder and read-only would be unchecked, but the screenshot below is what mine looks like, I used my GTAIV.exe as my example.

I use my desktop Launcher that the setup gave me during setup and sorry about the late reply as well. It crashes while I am in the game, my GTA 4 version is the latest which is 1.0.7.0 and I will post the log as well. Advanced Hook Log File: Thats all it really says.

So I am unsure whats happening with ELS 8.0 with my game but from the start in complete installations steps for ELS v8.0 of what I did 1) Dragged everything from the Installations Files folder from the archive 2) Started the game using the Shortcut launcher to my LaunchGTAIV.exe on my desktop. 3) Signed In to Rockstar Games 4) Got to the main menu and clicked start and it started to load the game and the gta4Browser.exe crashed with the picture I attached below. The error I get is the picture that I will attach, I had posted this on the bug list forum for the same mod thinking maybe its a bug but I rather have some help from the dev's or admins, mods, etc to hopefully figure out whats the error is all about and why it is doing it but the game seems to work fine with ELS 7.0 though I dont get any sort of crashes like that and I am totally clueless to be honest about it but anyways. I know I need a file but I also forget what the file was called but I do know the extension was a .log extension though. If there is anyone that maybe able to help thanks for the support. I hope to get the error fixed soon. Here is my PC specs incase if needed also: AMD FX-4300 @ 3.80 GHZ 8 gigabyes of RAM Geforce GT 640 2 gig SC Motheboard is GA-78LMT-USB3 Windows 7 Home Premium as my main operating system Grand Theft Auto IV Retail on Patch 1.0.7.0 Edit: I tried reinstalling patch 1.0.7.0 several times - No luck Copied all the files from Installation Files folder into my GTA IV directory thus replacing them all - No luck Tried replacing police cars that are ELS 7 and 8 Enabled, I was unsure if I needed to do that because of having cars under ELS V7 - No luck I did not use the GTABrowser to launch the game I use the shortcut the setup created on my desktop when I was installing the game. tried it and I even tried a fresh install after it was done, I am unsure though, I actually have never had this problem though in the past honestly, I am going to give a go again and see what happens though. Do you know what is going on with the api key server by the way I am still getting the 502 gateway error since all the services were put back online sorry if that does not regard the problem in which I am having at the moment with ELS 8.0 seeing this is a ELS 8.0 bug list forum page.

I had Installed ELS 8.0 and my GTAIVBrowser crashed as soon as I entered the loading screen or even changing the graphics, I went back to ELS 7 and it started to work again. I am unsure if that is a bug but I just wanted to put it here just in case it was for the dev's. The GTA Game is the black box behind it after coming out of fullscreen.
