Howdy Folks! I bring y'all another Dump File. Some of these skins are from 2019, so somethings are not gonna be right or just complete wrong. But eh, its made by me. Anyhow, I wont be listing inspirations as I usually do because 1. It'd Take Forever to Remember Inspirations and 2. Take Forever to List. I'm not sure but this might be the, or one of the largest Dump File Packs for Skins/Edited Textures/Decals/Light Textures. Also Mods, I selected Vehicle Type as Police because the majority of cars in here are Police Cars. There are some DOT and EMS but PD is Majority. For the Credits, I didn't mean to leave anyone out. If I left you out is was completely by accident, please comment what you made and I'll update it as soon as possible. V1.0.8 added 47 Lightbar Textures, I need your help trying to find who made each texture. I don't any one person un-credited for something they made. So please, if you or know who made a texture (this also applies for anything) is made by, tell me. I'll gladly appreciate it! <<<Important>>>: No vehicles will be listed as Optimized, read the People who made things.txt to figure who made what template.
