I am new to LSPDFR modding, and I have downloaded a few non-ELS vehicles (because I can't get ELS to work, but that's a different topic). Most of the vehicles I am downloading are coming with CarCols.meta files. I am using Albo's Modding DLC pack, and I can't find anywhere to edit the carcols files? I can get the car to spawn and look correctly from a general presentation fact. But the livery, lights, and siren won't work. I have looked on YouTube and tried searching these forums, but all I can find is how they relate to FiveM. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

So i actually got it to work by clicking "Load all plugins" vs. "Load these plugins" New issue though, my cursor in LSPDFR+ is wigging out in the middle of the screen when using the comp+

During the hook, the game will crash. I can play the non-hooked version just fine. I had the LSPDFR working before, but it had some issues with crashes. So I thought to uninstall the game and LSPDFR to get a fresh copy. When I reinstalled the game and LSPDFR, I can't get the game to start up.
