    LSPDFR has a habit of crashing when calling in backup. Could this mod be causing it or are other people having this problem too? (I think I had the problem in vanilla also.) Have you tried forcing windowed mode in RAGEPluginHook? I have to force the game to boot in windowed to get RAGE to load up.
