    Change it using the Simple Native Trainer, or edit the vehicle meta to make it spawn white. Ensure you have ELS installed correctly, and then copy in the included VCF into the ELS folder. If you have done that right the lights will work.

    Ha ha maybe that is one of the reasons :P But the main reason is because of our 'great' mayor who wants to ban every diesel in London by 2019. It is the same reason that all London Taxis will be required to be electric in the next year or so.

This is one of the latest cars expected to be tested for the role of area car. The Volkswagen Passat GTE Estate is a plug-in hybrid meaning it has an electric motor and petrol engine.
