I have isolated the issue to the gameconfig, but every gameconfig i download still crashes it. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone! I previously had a completely find version of LSPDFR (Dont worry its backed up!) Last night i decided to install the new EUP 9.3 & SUP 2.3 aswell as the addon vehicles. after installing I get a crash log of LSPD First Response: [TRACE] Thread CopManager #1 initialized I am also runnning lspdr 0.4.8 I have the heap adjuster, aswell as a up-to-date gameconfig. After disabling all plugins this is the log i receive This is a log where i have no plugins enabled. Here is a list of what i have tried: Reinstalling RAGE Reinstalling vehicles.meta + gameconfig renamed mods to mods_ - was able to load up with lspdfr on reinstalled all add-on vehicles updating scripthookV deleting LSPDFR character Tested every plugin individually I have attached photos of several folders. I have very slow internet so reinstalling the game is not an option. However i still have my game backup from when everything was running smoothly however i would like to play with these addons. Please help! i will provide any information i can and follow any steps i must. I hope my report is extensive enough to recieve help.

Hello all, I've been messing around with adding some DLC cars, and I get a corrupt game data message after editing DLClist.xml. However if i dont edit DLClist the game runs just fine. I have an updated gameconfig for my game version (1.0.1604.1). Changing the configs out has no effect it seems to only be when i add car packs to the DLClist, although EUP is in there and starts just fine. Also all files are inside of my mods folder. Any help is appreciated.

Hello all! Im currently experiencing an issue with RHP shutting down after it says "Launching Game" GTA V starts up fine without RHP, and crashes when RHP is started during gameplay I have attached my RHP log and any help is appreciated RagePluginHook.log
