  1. This has been resolved. I made an error in DefaultRegions.xml that was causing the crash. Thanks for the help @Pazzi and @sssneaky
  2. As a matter of fact, the last thing I did before launching and discovering the crashes on a previously-stable installation was edit DefaultRegions.xml and install some new vehicles. It appears to be valid to me, but I've attached it. DefaultRegions.xml
  3. I am using all mods in your list except for the map addons, callouts, and immersion mods, as well as some different vehicles. They were installed in the order they are listed in the thread, top to bottom. Spawning on duty only occurs when I use the pause menu to select the "change character" option and choose one of the preset characters. Then I spawn on-duty at the appropriate police station.
  4. LSPDFR is crashing when I attempt to load a preset character, which spawns as already on-duty. I tested it with multiple characters and it has occurred each time. I have these mods: https://www.lcpdfr.com/forums/topic/91443-041-stable-list-with-links-authors-video-demos except for the callouts, immersion, and map addons. I use different vehicles than he did, but all other plugins are the same. RagePluginHook.log
