    The automatic install didn't come with any PDF guides etc and pressing Alt + P has no effect in game. Should I try the manual install for V1.1?

    So I recently redownloaded GTA IV from Steam (it downloaded with Patch 8 installed so I had to downgrade to 1.07) I've got LCPDFR installed and in the GTAIV folder and whenever I start GTA, it goes from the first mission. Apparently once you leave the apartment for the first time you should be able to see police stations etc, my game just show's me R (for Roman missions) and nothing else. The police station nearest is unenterable and the marker for said station doesn't appear. The only other mod I have is ICEnhancer for graphics. Any help anyone can offer would be much appreciated
