Vocal dispatch not working due to Nahimic services (part of the realtek driver) to get VD working I have to end all Nahimic listed via task manager. If I dont when i hit the key in game VD displays a message right away telling me it didn't understand. trouble is Nahimic is used by realtek for sound improvements and without it the game sounds dull. For those with language issues you need to make sure vocal dispatch has the right setting for your pc.. type language in the search box if you can't remember what language you choose when activating your pc for the first time, then change is in the vocaldispatch.ini file inside GTA folder/plugins/LSPDFR then find Locale="en-US" and change that to match your system, make sure its the right one, for me I'm in the uk and en=US doesn't work for me as my language is british so mine is en-GB.

Use arrest manager mod, with that once you order the ped out you can use it to arrest and grab the ped and if you want to search the ped use the search warrant mod. only work around I've found.

Hi guys, anyone know how to make court cases publish? I have cases shown in courtcase.xml but it says false for publish and notification the only ones I see in game are drink and drug driving.. can't find a option anywhere.
