    When I opened RPH it said to install Microsoft c++2010 I installed it and that's it,after that I tried to relaunch the RPH and it didn't ask anything. do you suggesting to move the Microsoft c++ to the GTA v folder? My Av is avast premier so pretty easy to let everything through it.

    Having the exact same issue,I made an exception for RPH,I'm using Avast premier
