I know for a fact that it's not my computer it maybe 5years old but it ran GTA:IV with the latest patch 6months ago with no problem's at all. Sent a email to rockstar support, Let's see if they can help me.

When the AI police drive near me with the ELS on for the same model the game is fine but when i try to do it in my car (saved in front of the safe house) The game fatal error's, But i will keep trying to find out the issuse, If you have a idea please do let me know. Going to just do a clean install, The game is erroring out with the RC2 version of LCPDFR So it didn't want to install at all, I got GTA:IV to install and had to do a funky way to patch it and now it does not even start, I see the log for the rockstar club then seen the disk spining icon then just nothing what so ever.

So i updated my police car ( it works with ELS ) but when i turn the ELS on the game just fatal error's? I have no idea why this is doing it and my other car's work just fine?

I would like to see more then just police stuff, Fire's,Paramedic work, Tow trucks? but hey that's me.

I give up, Nothing i do work's, I even placed in all the flies from for the 1.0.7 patch (buddie sent me them) and nothing, You can close or delete this. Quick question, Can you play the LCPDFR mod with ELC?

Going to try other reinstall and a fresh download of the patch. Update-------- Did nothing same error, Starting to wonder if i need to update all the way to 1.0.7, I'm at 1.0.0.

This might help better if you could view through teamviwer? My buddie sent me the extracted file's of the patch and said just place them in your GTA IV direct?

I have tryed it from running it from the .rar and from the folder on my desk top.

Give's me the same error. Failed installing title update. see log at c:\ProgramData\Microsoft\GFWLive\Install\Logs\titleupdate.log for detail's.
