Yard1 got a reaction from alrightdude for a file, Better Wanted Level System Police SpawningBetter Wanted Level System Police Spawning is a modification of the dispatch.meta file responsible for controlling what police units spawn during wanted levels.
There is 20% chance of a female cop / deputy (ratio based on official LAPD statistics). Additionaly, I've added new variations to the Marines spawned at Fort Zancudo during wanted levels, Police Boats are now manned by Coast Guards and one Buzzard with marines now spawns at Fort Zancudo at 5 stars. I am not going to add the Army - I find that unrealistic. If you want the Army, check out Custo's The Sixth Star mod.

Installation:
Install with OpenIV to update.rpf/common/data. This will prevent you from playing online, so make backups (I'd make a backup of the entire update.rpf to be sure). Also, if there is an update, you'll have to install this again.

This pack includes:
Bravado Buffalo 2nd Generation
Cheval Fugitive
Granger 3000X (SWB)

All of the cars except the Fugitive have extra LSSD and LSSD Black & White skins.

If you want to change the color of the lights, edit lights.dds texture found in a car's .wtd file.

Yard1 got a reaction from TheCanadianDream for a file, LSPD & LSSD Skin PackThis is a LSPD & LSSD skin pack for Lt.Caine's Granger Default-Type (sheriff2), Lt.Caine's V Interceptor Default-Type (police3) and LtMattJeter's Templated Stanier (police). The skins are my interpretations of default skins, trying to bring them closer to their real life counterparts while still fitting the lore of the game. The skins have been redone, using new, high quality details.
For each vehicle, there are 8 High Quality (4096x4096) and 8 Standard Quality (2048x2048) - 4 LSPD and 4 LSSD skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.
Included are also fixed glass versions of Lt.Caine's mapped Granger and Interceptor. When Lt.Caine updates their mods, I'll remove them from this download.

Yard1 reacted to NefariousBonne for a file, Enhanced LSSD Sheriff DeputyThis mod is a model and texture replacement for the LSSD Deputies (S_M_Y_Sheriff_01 & S_F_Y_Sheriff_01). These models aim to bring the LSSD Deputies closer to their real life counterpart, the Los Angeles County Sheriff Department, albeit with GTA-isms.
Note: These models are already included in the latest version of RDE.
No config file edits are needed in order for the peds to spawn correctly.

Yard1 reacted to jw270783 for a file, UK Police Inspired Uniforms for NPCsThis file is a set of uniforms/models for both male and female cops in GTA V in the style of UK Police Uniforms.
Features:
++ American Style Badges REMOVED. NOT painted over white - but completely removed for both long and short sleeve.
++ Pistol and Holster also removed as the UK General Uniformed Police do not carry guns. Therefore, to maintain a bit of accuracy these have been removed.
++ Hat retexture included also.
Future Releases (coming soon)
++ Sheriff replacements
++ Highway Patrol Replacements
++ Adding Senior Officers to replace the "FAT COP" model
This is my first ever mod for GTA, so I hope you enjoy.

EUP Menu is a carefully-built menu for the popular Emergency Uniforms Pack modification.
EUP Menu allows you to easily apply EUP clothing to your MP peds. It also includes a character creator exactly like GTA Online's character creation system. You can edit, save and even share your favourite characters. Making your own awesome police officer has never been easier.
Don't like the predefined clothing options? The wardrobe feature has got your back. You can create and save your own outfits with ease.
Sunny day? Why not put on some shades.
Hate your face? A mask solves everything.
Sarge not giving you that promotion? Screw the system. Stick that patch on and promote yourself.
Want to relive Die Hard? Throw on a vest and a helmet. It's time to kill some terrorists.
What happened to the Accessories menu?:
As EUP grew, the Accessories menu became more and more outdated, and wasn't able to fully encapsulate all EUP has to offer. It will be completely revamped and brought back in a future menu update.
Requirements:
1) RAGE Plugin Hook 0.37+
2) RAGENativeUI 1.8.1+
3) EUP Law & Order 8.3
4) (Optional but highly recommended) EUP Serve & Rescue 1.5
Installation:
1) Place RAGENativeUI.dll into your root GTAV folder (if you don't already have it).
2) Extract the contents of Plugins in the archive into your GTAV Plugins folder.
3) Open the RPH console in-game (default F4) and type "LoadPlugin EUPMenu.dll" (without quotations).
Note: If you are upgrading from a previous version of EUP, please make sure to delete presetoutfits.ini in the Plugins/EUP folder before running the menu. This will allow it to generate the latest presetoutfits.ini file. Your custom outfits may need some adjusting for EUP 8.3, but your saved characters will work fine.
Credits:

Yard1 got a reaction from Rammy17 for a file, Better FIB(Dunno what to put here :P)
--------------------------------------
I've seen all those "Real FBI" and so on mods, but in GTA IV universe, FBI doesn't exist - agents say FIB, police scanner says FIB, characters say FIB. I couldn't stand it, so inspired by those skins, I've created lore-friendly, yet (IMO) cool and realistic looking FIB agents. Model itself is from EFLC, and there are 24 possible combinations for uniform.
I strongly recommend you to download to make hats and glasses appear and set FIB agents to use their voice.
--------------------------------------
New version uploaded 23.09.2013:
- Added compatibility patch for (click Download)
New version uploaded 06.09.2012:
- Added EFLC support
- Added missing hats
--------------------------------------
Installation:
If you are using GTA IV, replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "GTA IVcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "GTA IVpedprops.img".
If you are using EFLC, replace original files from componentpeds.img with those in "EFLCcomponentpeds.img" and from pedprops.img with those in "EFLCpedprops.img".
If you are using , replace the .wtd file with one in Better FIB Special Agent with Badge and Holster (click Download). You can also install files from pedprops.img in Better FIB.zip to get hats.

Yard1 got a reaction from OfficerBlackjack for a file, Bravado Gresley Mapped Default-StyleThis is a Bravado Gresley (gresley) mapped to support liveries and a lighting setup identical as on the default police vehicles. The vehicle is identical to the Police Gresley (police5) in Realism Dispatch Enhanced.
Included in the archive are 8 High Quality (4096x4096) and 8 Standard Quality (2048x2048) - 4 LSPD and 4 LSSD skins and PSD files with editable unit number layers for both High Quality (4096x4096) and Standard Quality (2048x2048) allowing you to make additional unit numbers, should you wish to do so.

Yard1 got a reaction from Assem Saqr for a file, LSPD SWAT Ped ModelThis mod is a model and texture replacement for the LSPD SWAT (s_m_y_swat_01) ped. Using Zmodeler 3, this is a custom ped made from existing parts edited to fit together in order to provide a semi-accurate representation of the real life LAPD SWAT officers.
This model can be used with RDE, just put the files in correct locations.
No config file edits are needed in order for the ped to spawn correctly. Just replace the files and all variations will show up when spawned by dispatch. Untested in story mode, but nothing bad should happen.
This ped model will be inculded in RDE 3.0 and beyond.

Yard1 reacted to AlexVonShep for a file, Brute Enforcer Skin Pack (RDE-style)This small pack features four RDE-styled SWAT textures for _CP_'s Brute Enforcer (a.k.a NOOSE Stockade) from IVPack.
There are both standard (2048x2048) and high (4096x4096) texture definitions.
Firstly I intended to create only a BCSO SWAT livery as it was to be used in RDE 3.0 . Then I accidentally noticed that Enforcer (nstockade) liveries in IVPack were badly made (low quality, odd metal panels, unadjusted decals) which has actually led to this pack creation.
Installation
For IVPack users:
1. Launch OpenIV
2. Navigate to presvehicles.rpf in update/x64/dlcpacks/pres/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles
3. Open nstockade.ytd
4. Import preferable skins (livery number changing can be required)
5. Save it
For other people:
1. Open a .ytd (containing textures for Enforcer model)
2. Import preferable skins (livery number changing can be required)
3. Save it
How to change a livery number:
1. Choose a livery (f.g. nstockade_sign_3)
2. Rename it by modifying the last symbol (f.g. nstockade_sign_3 -> nstockade_sign_1)
3. Save it

You aren't allowed to re-upload this mod anywhere. Nevertheless, feel free to edit my textures and release them with proper credits.

Yard1 reacted to Lt.Caine for a file, Default-Type EMS Vehicle PackThis is an EMS-themed vehicle pack containing 7 default-type vehicles, remapped to accept custom decals and with some adjustments.
DESCRIPTION
− A vehicle pack featuring lore-friendly reworked default vehicles with an EMS theme.
− Currently features 7 vehicle models: Stanier, Fugitive, Granger, Rumpo, V450 Ambulance, Landstalker Ambulance, and Contender.
− Vehicles have matching lighting configurations and all have slicktop variations.
− A Granger variation includes lifeguard equipment and the Rumpo has some in-game vehicle "mods” available to it.
− Vehicles have multiple matching liveries.
NOTES
− If your game crashes on start up, you likely need to install a "gameconfig.xml" modification to increase the number of add-on vehicles your game can accept.
− Whenever modifying XML files, an appropriate text editor (such as Notepad++) is recommended.
− Since the vehicles included in this pack are add-ons, a trainer is required to spawn them using option to type-in the model name.
− Model names: AMBULANCE, AMBULANCE2, EMSCAR, LGUARD, EMSCAR2, EMSSUV, EMSVAN.
− Ambulance and Lifeguard models will replace default ones.
− Known issue: Odd glass collisions on Rumpo when window panels/covers are equipped.
− Known issue: Entry into the EMSVAN via the rear doors is glitched and more work is needed to resolve it.
INSTALLATION
− Always make sure to create backups before overwriting any original game files.
− To avoid the need to overwrite original game files, use the “mod” folder method provided by OpenIV.
− 1. Add the “lux_vpack_ems” folder (included in the download) to “mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/” in your GTA V game directory.
− 2. Using OpenIV, extract the file “mods/update/update.rpf/common/data/dlclist.xml” to your desktop.
− 3. Open the file and add the following line at the end of it (just above </Paths>): <Item>dlcpacks:\lux_vpack_ems\</Item>
− 4. Save the file. This line will instruct to the game to load the vehicle pack along with all other game DLC.
− 5. Import the dlclist.xml file you just modified back into OpenIV, overwriting the original.
− 6. Close OpenIV.
CREDITS
− Base GTAV vehicle models made by Rockstar Games and modified by Lt.Caine.
− Vehicles remapped and reworked by Lt.Caine.
− Vent on Vapid V450 made by Lt.Caine.
− Some Vapid V450 model edits, including extra lights by BxBugs123.
− Yard1 for fixing vehicle glass collision issues on the Granger model.
